I liked it very much. It will inspire to ladies. I almost ask about normal delivery or operation when I hear about delivery of any lady from my relatives. I heard almost operation regarding delivery. Through this article, women should take lesson that operation is harmfull for health. Now ladies like AVALBEN are required because those women who are financially poor can't afford costly charges of hospitals. So every lady should think regarding this. In this time of fast life, we don't think about BETTER HEALTH. I think to tell to Head of MAHILA MANDALS or MAHILA'S ORGANISATIONS of Kanodar about this inspring article 'Lady with Lantern'. ]]> By: ARVIND JOSHI http://www.musawilliam.com/2008/05/12/lady-with-the-lantern/comment-page-1/#comment-99 ARVIND JOSHI Mon, 19 May 2008 05:30:51 +0000 http://musawilliam.wordpress.com/?p=166#comment-99 SIR, i liked the topic of lady with lantern and i remembered my own memories attched with that lady and also of general pathetic position of present day positions of medical professions and so called florence nightingales. when we think of old days i see that so many persons were helping to the society as a whole irrespective of financial status of the patients the available expertise was used for betterment of the society as a whole and inspite of asking for fees they used to spend some money of their own for betterment of people. they never thought of their whole night services and forget to go home or take water or food till patient is fully recovered or delivery is completed first of all i pay my tribute to concerned reference AVALIBAI if i do not forget she was used to be called by that name. she was pious lady and some of my nephew and nieces are also born through her help during our 20 years stay in that village MY VILLAGE KANODAR secondly i want to put to all those intellectuals who are proud of social services must know that we have broken or just abolished so many good practices continued in the villages during those days at free of cost, even i remebered some of the practices were also in force for the area . it is not that ENGLISH RULE has brought this nice culture of our villages. then who is to be blamed for the same? i put questions to all readers of this comment to give their views for whom to be blamed? i put forth my general view that the system abolished due to the undue comments by the so called admistrators of present system who used to blame each and every practice of past to bring in their present day medical system in full swing and also not cared for giving even referance to some good practices continued during that time and also not tried to protect that system which was of great help to common man. even if i am not wrong some of the good workers are unnecessarily dragged into the controversy. this is also done to make way for a system given by west which is not full proof and tasted with time and a good quantum of UNT VAIDYU which was known by people since several decades have vanished without proving that it was wrong. please O GOD SAVE MY COUNTRY FROM SUCH RULERS AND ADMINISTRATORS.
